About Done!

As you may remember from an earlier post that I have alot of commission work to do, and this is one of them. I started this house portrait a couple of weeks or so ago and am about finished. I'm in the studying phase, and I've emailed it to the client for review. Just wanted to post to display the latest on my easel! This is oil on canvas size 24 x 36.

Love it! Nicely done, Sis. Your client should be pleased, I think...

Hey Carole! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I love your oil paintings - I'm just now dabbling in this medium and it's hard to get a handle on it. I love the texture - what type of medium do you use with your paint?

I am impressed (as always) by your ability to capture the unique aspects of the homes you paint! It turned out beautifully!

Hey Cat, I don't use any medium whatsoever--just alot of paint, and I thin with turpentine...Thank you for your comment!

Bonnie, thanks for stopping in too with a nice compliment. :)

Be blessed everyone!

Carole, this is terrific. The second I saw it I thought of, Vincent's, "The Church at Auvers."

I agree with you, nothing but paint and a little turpentine.

Cheers,

Bill
